Our Stainless Steel Pool Manufacturing Process – Technology and Materials
Advanced Steel Pool Engineering
The stainless steel pool manufacturing process begins with a single sheet of European stainless steel.
In our dedicated production facility – where no other metals are permitted – each component is laser cut, formed and welded with millimetre precision. This ensures a pool that is fully watertight, durable and engineered to withstand both time and structural loads.
Full Control at Every Step
We manage every step of the process ourselves: design, engineering, fabrication, testing and installation. This provides full transparency and ensures that every step of the stainless steel pool manufacturing process meets the same quality standards.
1
Design and structural engineering based on site conditions, elevation and architecture
2
Laser cutting and forming of stainless steel components
3
Precision welding for a fully watertight structure – no mechanical seals or gaskets
4
Water testing and quality control prior to delivery
5
Pool modules lifted from the facility in large sections ready for installation
6
Efficient installation on site
Sustainable Pools in Stainless Steel
Stainless steel combines structural strength with flexibility of design. The material performs reliably in environments where traditional pool construction materials struggle. Compared with concrete pools, stainless steel structures weigh significantly less, making freestanding installations and elevated projects possible.
Why Stainless Steel?
- 100% watertight when welded
- Can be formed into both straight and soft lines
- Weighs less than concrete
- Hygienic and easy to clean
- Short installation time
- Maintains its aesthetic in sun, rain and wind
A Sustainable Choice
The stainless steel used in our pools contains at least 85% recycled material and can be recycled indefinitely without losing structural performance. All production offcuts are returned to the steelworks for reuse, making each pool part of a circular material cycle.
Structural Design for All Types of Projects
Each pool is engineered to handle both ground pressure and freestanding structural conditions. This means it works just as well in a recessed garden installation as on a rooftop terrace – or on a sloping site where one side is embedded and the other stands free.
